花光马斯克的钱 / Fortuna（以下简称「本应用」）尊重并保护每一位用户的隐私。本应用是一款单机模拟游戏，可以完全离线游玩；只有下文列出的排行榜、App 内购买和版本检查会联网，且都由 Apple 提供。
我们收集的信息
本应用自身不收集、不上传、不存储任何个人信息，也没有自己的服务器。
- 本应用没有自建账号系统，无需注册或登录。
- 本应用不接入广告 SDK、分析统计或第三方追踪工具。
- 你的本地存档、收藏、主题解锁等数据仅保存在你的设备本地。如果你主动使用 Game Center，本局砸金用时会按下文说明提交给 Apple。
排行榜（Game Center，仅 iOS，可选）
本应用的「砸金时刻」提供每日排行榜，由 Apple Game Center 提供服务。
- 该功能完全可选。你不登录 Game Center 也能正常游玩全部内容，此时排行榜显示的是本应用在你设备上生成的虚拟对手。
- 当你已登录 Game Center 且砸平金山时，本应用会向 Game Center 提交本局用时这一个数值。我们不会提交昵称、头像、设备信息或任何其他数据。
- 本应用从 Game Center 读取排行榜玩家的显示昵称，仅用于当次排行榜展示；不会把这些昵称存入本地游戏存档或发送给自己的服务器。
- 排行榜数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理。本应用通过 Game Center 接口读取用于展示的成绩和显示昵称，不访问你的 Apple ID 或其他账号资料：https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- 你可以随时在「设置 → Game Center」中退出登录，或在系统设置中关闭本应用的 Game Center 权限，届时本应用会自动回退到本地虚拟对手。
App 内购买
EJK 支持包等 App 内购买由 Apple App Store 处理。本应用接触不到你的 Apple ID、支付方式或账单信息，只会在本地记录交易编号，用于解锁对应内容、恢复购买，以及避免重复入账。
版本检查
打开本应用时，会向 Apple 的公开 App Store 接口查询本应用的最新版本号，用来提示你更新。这次请求不携带任何个人信息或游戏数据；查询失败也不影响游玩。
通知与相册（仅在你主动开启时）
- 到货通知：默认关闭。你在设置里打开后，本应用会在设备本地安排「包裹已签收」提醒，通知内容在设备上生成，不经过任何服务器。
- 保存到相册：只有你点「保存相册」时，才会请求「仅添加照片」权限，把你生成的账单、成绩单或海报写入相册。本应用不会读取你相册里的任何内容。
分享功能
当你主动使用「分享」时，系统的分享面板会调起，由你自行选择分享目标（如信息、社交软件等）。分享的内容（账单、海报等图片或文字）由你发起并控制，本应用不会记录或收集这些内容。
数据删除
在设置里「重置全部进度」可以清空游戏数据（已购内容会保留）；卸载本应用即会删除全部本地数据。已提交到 Game Center 的成绩由 Apple 管理，可在 Game Center 的账号设置中删除。
儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童收集任何信息。Game Center 对未成年人账号有 Apple 自身的保护策略。

Fortuna ("the App") respects your privacy. The App is a single-player simulation game that can be played fully offline. Only the leaderboard, in-app purchases, and the version check described below use the network, and all of them are provided by Apple.
Information We Collect
The App itself collects, transmits, and stores no personal information, and operates no server of its own.
- The App has no account system of its own; no sign-up or login is required.
- The App does not include advertising SDKs, analytics, or third-party trackers.
- Your local save, collections, and unlocked themes stay on your device. If you choose to use Game Center, your Gold Rush clear time is sent to Apple as described below.
Leaderboard (Game Center, iOS only, optional)
The App's "Gold Rush" mode offers a daily leaderboard powered by Apple Game Center.
- This feature is entirely optional. Without signing in to Game Center you can play all content normally; the leaderboard then shows simulated opponents generated on your device.
- When you are signed in to Game Center and clear the mountain, the App submits a single value — your clear time for that run. No nickname, avatar, device information, or other data is submitted.
- The App reads players' Game Center display names to show the leaderboard. It does not save those names in the local game archive or send them to a server of its own.
- Apple handles leaderboard data under its privacy policy. The App reads scores and display names through Game Center to show the leaderboard; it does not access your Apple ID or other account details: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- You may sign out at any time via Settings → Game Center, or disable Game Center access for the App in system settings; the App then falls back to local simulated opponents automatically.
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases such as the EJK support pack are processed by the Apple App Store. The App never sees your Apple ID, payment method, or billing details. It only stores transaction IDs locally to unlock the purchased content, restore purchases, and avoid crediting the same purchase twice.
Version Check
When the App opens, it asks Apple's public App Store lookup service for the App's latest version number so it can suggest an update. The request contains no personal information or game data, and if it fails the game is unaffected.
Notifications and Photos (only when you turn them on)
- Delivery alerts are off by default. If you turn them on in Settings, the App schedules local "parcel delivered" reminders on your device. Their content is generated on the device and never passes through a server.
- Save to Photos asks for add-only photo access only when you tap "Save", and writes the receipt, scorecard, or poster you generated to your library. The App never reads anything from your photo library.
Sharing
When you tap "Share", the system share sheet lets you choose a destination. The shared content (receipts, posters, or text) is initiated and controlled by you; the App does not log or collect it.
Data Deletion
"Reset all progress" in Settings clears game data (purchases are kept); uninstalling the App removes all local data. Scores already submitted to Game Center are managed by Apple and can be removed from your Game Center account settings.
Children's Privacy
The App collects no information from anyone, including children under 13. Game Center applies Apple's own protections to minor accounts.
